Chairman of the Board
Former Vice Chairman at a top-tier global bank, Sir Alistair brings four decades of leadership across investment banking, sovereign advisory, and private capital. He has served on the boards of Fortune 100 companies and chairs Oceangate's Nominating & Governance Committee.
Lead Independent Director
A former partner at a global asset manager overseeing $180B AUM, Margaret chairs the Risk Committee. She previously served on the Financial Stability Board's advisory panel and holds a PhD in Economics from Cambridge.
Independent Director
Chair of the Audit Committee. Dr. Tanaka spent 25 years in senior finance roles across Tokyo, Hong Kong, and New York, including CFO of a publicly listed asset manager. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Independent Director
Managing Partner of a private equity firm focused on emerging markets infrastructure. Adekunle serves on Oceangate's Investment Committee and brings deep expertise in real assets, credit, and cross-border transactions.

Chief Executive Officer
Jonathan leads Oceangate's global strategy and client platform. He previously ran the private wealth division of a major Wall Street firm and has spent 30+ years building institutional-caliber advisory practices for high-net-worth families.
Chief Financial Officer
Isabelle oversees corporate finance, treasury, and client-asset controls. A CPA and CFA charterholder, she previously served as Deputy CFO of a top-25 global asset manager and led IPO readiness for two publicly listed financial firms.
Chief Investment Officer
David chairs the Investment Committee and sets asset allocation policy across the firm. He spent 22 years as a portfolio manager at a leading multi-strategy fund, running global equity and multi-asset mandates for endowments and sovereign clients.
Chief Operating Officer
Sofia leads operations, custody relationships, and client onboarding. Prior to Oceangate she was Global Head of Operations at an international private bank and led post-merger integrations across four continents.
Head of Real Estate Investments
Ethan directs Oceangate's institutional real estate platform, including core-plus, value-add, and opportunistic strategies across North America and Europe. He has closed over $6B of commercial and multifamily transactions.
Head of Private Wealth
Amelia leads the private wealth advisory practice, serving ultra-high-net-worth families, executives, and single-family offices. She previously ran a $12B advisory book at a boutique wealth firm and holds a CFP® designation.
Chief Technology Officer
Marcus is responsible for Oceangate's client platform, data infrastructure, and cybersecurity program. He previously led engineering at a tier-one fintech and has built trading systems used by global institutional clients.
General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer
Catherine oversees legal, regulatory affairs, and compliance across every jurisdiction Oceangate operates in. A former SEC enforcement attorney, she brings 20+ years of securities law expertise to the firm's governance framework.
